Lifetime Warranty Personalized NO PULL Harness

Bought it again

I have a pair of males & purchased one to check it out for size & function. I was very pleased and immediately ordered for the second dog. I will like this harness in winter as well, since it can easily be adjusted to fit over their winter coats.

Loved the color, the fit, and the ease of the getting the harness on our dog. Basically one and a half step to slide it over her head and one click. Only four stars because I have not yet mastered getting her not to pull on it. Any suggestions?

Very Poor customer service, when ordering harness followed advice to size up, harness doesnt fit was told that it cannot be returned because it is "personalized" let me tell you about that, its a velcro patch that can stick on to the harness or not, you decide, its plastic lettering on the velcro patch not embroidered on to the harness, nothing is permanent on the harness, butbif you try to exchange they say no because its personalized, nope it absolutely is not that patch fits on the sm and the xl, so that is incorrect, alwo the velcro strap is way to long for the harness, that could be a danger to the dog, it doesnt stay fastened, it flaps and coukd easily get stuck or pulled or worse and cause harm to the dog. It can be cut off but that im sure nullifies any warranty. Think wisely if you do decide to purchase
