Love this jacket because it is a good fit. Yes, it repels rain, is lined so it provides warmth. The zipper works easily as well as the plastic clasp. Best design is the 2 rings that you clip the leash to. They are large enough so it's easy to attach the leash and they are not too thick. It's a sturdy harness but light weight. It is smooth inside so not irritations. Stylish and a nice color. Would like a summer one of these.

My Frenchie is wiggly, and is always able to wiggle out of anything we put on him. He was unable to wiggle out of this one, keeping him safe and warm on our outings!
