Great for beginners!

I am wanting to get into making more of my own cheeses and I have to admit, I'm a little intimidated by the process. This cream cheese culture is the perfect place to start! Directions were super easy to follow and the results were fantastic! I can't wait to venture out and try some other cheese products soon!
