The best bread knife I’ve ever used! Need paper thin baguette sliced on a bias? Done. Need to cut into a delicate, toasted sandwich or maybe even a spring roll? Done. This knife is the real deal and for the price, I just don’t see why everyone wouldn’t have one!

Love all of the Gesshin stainless series that I have purchased here and this bread knife has a great feel. Super lite and performs exactly as advertised, very fun knife to use and a nice addition to the collection.
