Not the Best Cake
We received this cake as a dessert item for Christmas. We cut the cake and it was dry as all get out. There were chunks of vanilla flavoring scattered throughout the cake like it hadn’t been mixed into the cake at all. There were also hard chunks of some kind of food but we couldn’t quite figure out what (almost like a macadamia nut? But that’s not an ingredient? So, we were confused). We’ve never been disappointed when visiting the Old Mill in Gatlinburg, but we will not be ordering a cake like this again.
