The customer service, when figuring out what size would best fit my 2025 crosstrek, was so helpful, and they were quick to respond. The item itself was a challenge to put together. Some of the clips were welded closed, and a screwdriver was needed to get them clipable. Also part of the door was bent though the box when delivered was in perfect condition. Im still happy with my purchase, and my dog seems to be happy with her new set up. My dog is a golden retriever mix and she is snug in the kennel but is able to turn around and stand up.

Worth the money. Fit a 2019 Subaru crosstrek. Recommend two people to put together.
