The mill arrived in a timely manner. It is easy to attach and operate. The flour is nice and fine. I do wish it came with a bread recipe that is specific for fresh milled grain.

My Wife Loved her Mockmill

I purchased this as a gift for my wife because she wanted to get into milling her own flour. The quality seems good. The design seems well thought through, and it does a good job with the kitchen aid mixer. We are pretty new to this, so I cannot speak to how it compares to a standalone mixer, but if you want to dip your toe into milling, I am very happy with this product.

Mockmill for kitchenaid

Nice fine flour using hard white wheat. Not as loud as I expected. It does grind whole wheat berries fairly slowly on the finest setting but I plan on using a more coarse grind then re-mill to the finest to see if that helps. BTW, fresh milled wheat sourdough is de-licious!
