Uqora folks have been good about answering any questions I have had and in making adjustments to my monthly order once in a while. I'm very satisfied with the products= Defend and Promote- and Flush as well- and feel that they have helped me maintain urinary health!

Bottom line:

Solid option if you’re prone to UTIs and want a proactive approach. Not a cure, but a good part of prevention routine.

I have been using Defend and Promote for several years now, and have decreased the number of UTI's /bladder infections to one per year. I think this product is helpful to me and I will continue to use it.
