Miller's Special Popcorn Meal

Since I moved to the States I was looking for the taste of the corn flour that I grew up with in Romania. The village were I grew up in has been declared the largest mulinological reserve in Romania and southern Europe. (Rudaria / Eftimie Murgu) With 22 water mills still functioning. So long story short, I found that taste in your product. I’ll choose your product again soon.

Product arrived as expected. Good product. Arrived intact in timely manner.

Not what I expected

I enjoyed the flavor, however the popcorn meal did not soften like normal cornmeal. The cornbread I made was a little crunchy for my liking
