The first one that I purchased started to fall apart the moment I got it and put cards and my I.D. in it, y'all sent a new cover, I changed it out and it's taken a beating the last few weeks and still looks brand new so hats off to your products and customer service and support!! Thanks!! 🤘

Purchased this wallet because it’s advertised as a rugged, tactical wallet that’s built to last. Unfortunately, it didn’t even survive a few weeks of normal everyday carry in my front jeans pocket. The first two photos show damage that was already present when I opened the package. I overlooked it because it seemed minor. After only a few weeks of regular use, the outer material has peeled and worn off across nearly the entire wallet. I don’t abuse my gear. This wallet has done nothing more than ride in my pocket, yet it looks like it’s been through years of hard use. For a premium-priced “tactical” wallet, this level of durability is unacceptable. I expected something built to withstand daily life. Instead, I got a wallet whose finish couldn’t even handle being in a pair of jeans. Very disappointed.

I’ve literally only opened the flap less than 10 times and the fake leather along the fold points have completely peeled off… also the interior tool had some imperfections on the seatbelt cutter which will probably make it impossible to cut.
