Really good interesting bar
I want to give 5 stars but it just wasn't my favorite. Very good, very well made, I got some astringent notes, herbal and citrus. My wife had a little different experience but overall we enjoyed it quite a bit, just not our favorite.

Incredible.
This is deservedly a gold star winner. 80% and incredible flavor with an ending flourish that will return you to the label to assure its 80%. Incredible.

Bitter honey
Has a fruity tobacco aroma. The flavor is bitter; somewhat medicinal but also like honey. It has a dry, powdery mouthfeel. Not my favorite, but I appreciate the complexity of the bitterness.
