Fjåk Madagascar Dark Chocolate 70%

Really loved it!

*I'm new to artisan dark chocolate, so my palate isn't very refined* This bar was the first Madagascar cacao I've had. It immediately had a fresh floral scent to it that carried over slightly into the taste. It's slightly nutty tasting and also reminds me of fresh picked strawberries. I can't compare this to other Madagascar bars, but compared to non-Madagascar it has a distinct fruity taste that was my favorite out of the bars I ordered.

a bit more acidic than other Fjak dark but still good
