Pillow insert did not fit
I used the dimensions from the website to estimate which size pillow insert I needed and it did not work. I am now stuck with paying shipping to return the item. The customer service team was prompt and very nice, they suggested which size to order next and they offered to pay return shipping if it did not work out this second time.
