I originally purchased Myosteo for the eucommia ulmoides and Panax notoginseng content to improve my kidney function. Noticed a definite reduction in my left shoulder pain. I am 68 years old and have lifted weights since high school and competed in bodybuilding and power lifting since I was 30. My usual procedure to improve joint function is prolozone therapy which has worked in the past (as long as there is sufficient cartilage to work with). Myosteo has been added to my permanent health program.

Muscle and nerve pain

I haven't been taking the pills very long but I do feel better already. After my neck surgery I had some nerve damage I'm hoping it will take care of it time will tell.
