Description
Originally used in Spain and Portugal for curing meat, adobo's rich flavors are delicious with vegetables, too. Today, it is used in Uruguayan mojo sauce and Mexican puerco yucateco. Our Salt Free Adobo Seasoning leaves out the salt.

I love to cook and bake. I break bread with others frequently. When compliments come in I extol the praises of your amazing company and encourage others to buy your spices. I use your blends as stocking stuffers at Christmas! Excellent products and never a disappointment.

Pleasantly different
Yes it is pleasantly different from other spices and very welcome in my kitchen. It will take additional exploration to use this in additional recipes that will offer excitement in my cooking world !
