The product was great. However, they overcharge for shipping Part was $17.99 Total was $55 $38 to ship a small part from USA to Canada is absurd

I'm not brave so

I had to remove the ball from the base when I tried to install the Ciro Constrictor phone holder to avoid forcing things and maybe stripping plastic threads. Once done I reattached everything and it's perfect. No wasted space. Very tight design.
