What a find! Loann’s Bakery emulsions add an intensity of flavor to Royal Icing. When decorating cookies with Royal Icing, I like to add one of Lorann’s emulsions to the Royal Icing. I consider the cookie base and what flavor will enhance the cookie. In the photo included in this review, I used the strawberry emulsion on the red part of the cookie. The yellow part of the cookie used the banana emulsion, and blueberry was used on the black portion of the cookie. The cookie base was a basic sugar cookie. Her emulsions add to one’s senses, specifically sight, smell and taste!

Yum this emulsion is very tasty, I used minced dried strawberries and this emulsion added the extra pop of flavor for my cookies!
