Freeze Dried Monstera Deliciosa

Pineappley with the acid in it reminding me of something corrosive. While delicious in taste, I found my had hives after eating this, so I think I have a mild allergy to whatever that acidy substance is. That said, overall worth trying if you are curious as the flavor is really something else.

This little treat absolutely made my sons 13th birthday. He has several of these plants and cannot wait to see them fruit. We have the fresh on pre-order, but I had to include this to try as well. Tastes like banana with a hint of peppercorn after bite.
