This board and stick are designed to make gnocchi or garganelli tubes. The ridged board is attached to a wooden base to give extra stability when rolling. The hole at the top of the board allows it to be stored by hanging on a hook.

Very handy kitchen tool

Very pleased with the gnocchi/garganelli board. Making gnocchi is much easier with this rather than using a fork to make the ridges and it does not take up too much room.. I have not tried making garganelli yet.
