The replacement glass teapot for one arrived in a in a beautiful hard drum inside was a foam packing so it was really safely packed. The original teapot which served me many years unfortunately got broken so I am happy to have the replacement to enjoy my loose leaf teas again. Many thanks for all the good work the team do in there wonderful packaging. A good company to deal with.

Necessary Trauma made easier

Look, we are all occasionally a little clumsy and this pot gets used every day. Fortunately this swish, perfectly-proportioned replacement has found its way back onto that nice filter top. Easy to order, delivered quickly and a perfect fit. Such a relief.

Just the right size for a cup for one, although I do have a two cup size as well. It allows the leaves to move around and pours well, looks good too!
