So happy with it
I'm really impressed and never would have thought that training with it could be so challenging.
Additionally I now ordered the p.band and can’t wait to combine it with the p3.

Great workout piece
This resistance band with the ankle strap is truly a game changer. You can put it on and remove easily. I like that there is a hand strap and weighted ball that can be interchangeable. It has made my floor work and standing exercises so much better. I can concentrate on my form and flexibility and not have to stop to readjust. It is even better than I assumed from the product description.
