Hair was falling out and appears thin

I will not be repurchasing from this company. I was expecting high value product with the price I paid but I did not receive that. I received hair that appeared to be bad quality!

HORRIBLE!

I have previously purchased the Malaysian bundles in store and what I received when ordering online was completely different. Bundles were NOT double wefted and the hair burned while using styling tools as if there was synthetic fibers. I used to rave about the Malaysian bundles but after this experience I will not be purchasing again.
