This pains me to write, as we are long time customers and love our RL products. Order took 3 months to arrive with no prior disclosure. Quality is starkly different from prior orders. The quality that arrived is thinner and scratchier, feels like an entirely different product than what we are used to. Have washed the product according to instructions several times and no improvement in level of scratchiness. Hoping for a supply issue or some sort of explanation and not an overall decline in our favorite sheets but as of now I would not order any more products as they are a splurge on quality and the quality is missing. 3
