It takes about a month of nightly wearing to actually get used to the tightness in the back of ur head. It does expand later and I can’t live without it!!! I have bought 3 of them! N

Just what I was looking for! When i have migraines this is invaluable. I can put it in the freezer to get cool and the little weight is perfect to keep my eyes closed. Highly recommend!
