Picnic Shoe in Midnight

Runs very small. They don’t take refunds so I asked for an exchange, my emails were ignored. They only replied right after I reached out through the shop app and said they’d print me a label. Nope, got nothing. Terrible customer service and now I’m stuck with expensive shoes that are too small to wear. Never shopping here again.
