So happy to find Harry’s! We live in New Orleans and discovered Harry’s on a visit to the UK. Brought the “Dark One” back home then ordered "The Full Monty". It is glorious hot chocolate. We are impressed with the full, deep and rich flavors as well as how balanced the products are in relationship to cocoa and sugar. Moreover it IS the company, their business model, their love of their craft, that really seals the deal for us. You can taste the loving care in each cup! Bravo Harry’s and Thank You!

Outstanding customer service

I haven’t tried the hot chocolate as it was purchased as a Christmas gift. What I can review is the customer service and delivery of the products. Customer service is outstanding, I sent a question which I received a very fast, helpful and friendly reply. The products were packaged very well and delivered in plenty of time. I’m just hoping my son lets me try some 😉
