Wild chocolate

The thing I’ve never liked about dark chocolate is how bitter it is. This wasn’t supposed to be bitter, and for sure , it wasn’t AS bitter. Also seems to be chalky tasting. I’m thinking about trying again, maybe the less dark chocolate.
