Very difficult to use

Number wheel difficult to use since there is not a positive click to line them up. Straight in a row Lock won’t close unless numbers are lined up perfectly. Quality appears marginal.

Faulty Lock; no response from support.

The release button fell off on first use; lock now not usable. Support has not responded to my inquiries.
