1250 Piece Grade 8 USS Coarse Thread Hardware Only for Drawer Kit

Missing parts

I order a combined grade 8 fin and corse. The package was missing different length bolts, nuts, and washers. Contacting the company via email took over a week of correspondence. The company email uses a signature that scrambled their email, making it extremely difficult to read and reply. Finally after a week of back and forth, they agreed to send me the missing items. It’s been a week since, no bolts have arrived nor have I recovered any updates like a track number.
