Alternate Use for Air Core Solenoid

We had an application that required the generation of a strong magnetic moment, i.e., magnetic field. Introducing a sine wave at the appropriate frequency and current into the Air Core Solenoid produced the magnetic moment required. Great, relatively low cost, off-the-shelf solution for our application.

Works good.
