Easy to put together and use. The fan propels the cart very quickly without the plastic sail. I must admit, the result when I put the sail on surprised me. I didn't think there would be movement, but it is propelled slowly in the opposite direction from the movement without the plastic sail in place. I had to think about that for a minute to figure out why. Very good demonstration of Newton's Third Law!

Updated Review- Fantastic Customer Service
Customer service was prompt and extremely pleasant. I am so thankful that they were able to help me out and replace one of the carts that was defective.
