I have no problem putting them on without gloves. The only issue i had was the Velcro is not strong enough. Leah who does my lymphatic massage looked at it and suggested adding extra Velcro .Now it holds better then it did.

Great fit. Definitely helps with keeping lymphadema down and the color was perfect. I have s chocolate daughter and the brown color matched her skin tone well.
