I recently ordered a knee wrap, hoping for a lightweight, easy to wear wrap. I took a chance and ordered a $50+ wrap which arrived promptly. I was puzzled with the confusing, written instruction with no sketches or link to a video. Customer Service was prompt and polite in trying to assist me. It took several tries before a video from the manufacturer was found. It seems that the knee wrap is really part of a lower leg, foot, knee and thigh wrapping system (purchased individually) from watching the video they sent. I'm still unsure if I am wearing it correctly as the fasteners are a separate item you attach. I wore the wrap for an hour yesterday and it did not fall off, was somewhat comfortable but not as lightweight as I hoped for. I feel you can order with confidence from this company as the best evidence is how they treated me which was 100% positive in addressing my concerns.

Not certain knee wrap helps with swelling.
