Rich Chocolate

This is my second purchase of Hol Food. It’s as advertised as far as how it tastes and how well it blends. The shaker cup is nice with two containers for pills and powder. My only observation is that if I have it as a breakfast meal, I am definitely hungry by mid morning. But as someone who hates making breakfast it’s quick and easy. It’s also good before the gym when I need something but don’t want a heavy meal in my stomach.

These meal shakes are TOP TIER. Ive tried just about every meal shake on the market and this is the one powder to tule them all. SIGNIFICANTLY better than Soylent and HUEL and its not even close.
