Good Product, Customer Service Lacks

I ordered 2 Iced Latte samples before placing my order. When I got the samples they were perfect for my hair. After reading some reviews on IG, I read that the actual wefts had more of a warm tone/some redness to them. I reached out and was told that Iced Latte was ashy and not red. Fast forward to getting my order, the wefts are more warm then the samples. So the reviews were correct. I think the biggest thing for me is honestly. If your samples don’t match the wefts, don’t send them out. If the wefts do have some warm tones, why not just be honest about it? Overall, I like the extensions and my hair dresser can tone them for me, but I’d recommend just being more honest when communicating with potential customers. Even update your description on the website and get better samples to send out. In the photos, the weft is on the right.

Iced Latte

These are great quality! I love that i am able to style them differently, they are so soft and easy to put in. I love that they dont really tug on my head or feel uncomfortable. The only reason i am not leaving 5 stars is because the iced latte color that i ordered was wayyyyy more blonde than i anticipated. I was really expecting a brunette ombré that started out brown and just got a little lighter, but really they are 75% blonde. Thankfully they blended well with my hair, it’s just not what i was expecting. I have gotten tons of compliments on them though and i can see myself getting another (darker set) in the future.
