Travelin' Joe: K-Cup® Pods

After years of on and off subscription for this coffee the box came covered in coffee grounds: shipping box and coffee box along w the k cups in the box. There were 4 k cups found in the first week they were not covered correctly and the coffee came out of them. In addition to 5 cups of coffee ruined due to seal issues. I tried emailing to get a hold of someone: 3-4 emails sent but never a reply.The quality of the product has gone down hill and so seems to be true with customer service. If my husband didn’t like the coffee so much I would no longer keep my subscription

I was in Atlanta visiting family and we went to a pancake restaurant and they served your coffee . I loved it. I have been ordering since. That was 2 years ago. I'm from chicago area.
