I absolutely love the new mirror frame. I’m very happy with the look, quality, weight and fit. My piece of advice is to have another person check your measurements. I measured twice wrong. I’m really glad I had someone double check me. I’m really pleased with the results!

What a difference

We recently updated our guest bathroom, but we noticed that something was missing. To complete the restoration, we decided to try Mirror Mate. To our surprise, it made a significant difference. Mirror Mate transformed a plain mirror into a more sophisticated and polished piece, adding the final touch to the bathroom’s aesthetic.

Very disappointed with the return policy. I ordered two custom frames and one did not fit properly. Although the frame was only assembled for a test fit and never installed on the mirror, I was unable to return it because the supplied glue had been used during assembly. Customer service was responsive and offered replacement pieces for an additional cost, but after already spending hundreds of dollars, I was frustrated that fixing the issue required spending even more money. The product is attractive, but buyers should be aware that there is very little room for error and limited return options once assembly begins.
