I don't write reviews for every single chocolate bar that I try, typically only ones that stand out or my favorites. While I really love and prefer bitter roasted flavors, this bar shined with rich fruit flavor. The kind of chocolate that you don't want to rush, just let it melt in your mouth and enjoy!

Intense but good!

I'm still in the process of adjusting to 100 percent chocolate, so my expertise here is limited. But so far it was a very good experience. I liked it. It is very intense, also bitter and a little sour, but not so much that it covers the flavors and nuances.

Incredible taste, one of the most successful 100% cocoa.
