Incredibly disappointed. My family made multiple purchases recently: a 12-piece trial set, a 10ml travel spray of Lady Diana, and a 100ml bottle. EVERY SINGLE ITEM is completely scentless.The 100ml bottle leaves a heavy oil sheen like an extract should, but has zero fragrance. The scent compounds were entirely left out of this production run. The travel spray and trial sizes are just as odorless.Customer support is completely ignoring my emails. Trustpilot reviews confirm this brand has a notorious reputation for shipping defective products and ignoring buyers. I just want the actual scented product my family paid for. Do not waste your money on their unscented carrier oil.
