Two Wheel Replacement

Lost a front and rear wheel when cart tumbled from rear of SUV. No issues even for one who was not handy. Had to purchase a special set of pliers for the front wheel replacement. Maybe include a set of them with the original or replacement wheels.

Incomplete

I received the 4 wheels, 2 bags with the front wheel caps. No circlips to secure the front wheels on, or the screws/bolts that go with the caps. I emailed them and they sent the needed items out, but was not able to use my caddie for an extra week.

Easy to change out

The wheels were easy to change out. It would be less wasteful if you could devise a system to only change out the rubber. My wheels and bearings were still good.
