Rule 1 is the only protein powder I've enjoyed the taste of and got results with. I've tried over a handful of their flavor options, and every one of them is delicious. I like that this protein doesn't bother my stomach, too. Always recommend them to people who have trouble finding a product they like because I was that person until I found them.

Love it!
I actually like this protein. I’ve tried others and they taste too chalky. This one is good! Even better when you add fruits to it.
