My New Favorite

I have used another brand of whey isolate protein EVERY SINGLE MORNING for 10+ years, but there was always something that bothered me: 5 mg of cholesterol per serving. I know that's not much, but at 63 years of age, it was always a nagging issue. When "my brand" of protein significantly raised its prices, I thought it was time to start shopping and see what else was out there. I tried a brand with o mg of cholesterol, but it was extremely foamy and didn't sit well. Then I tried Rule 1 Whey Isolate. It mixed extremely well, was not foamy at all, tasted great, did not bother my stomach, had 0 mg of Cholesterol, AND is often offered at a discounted price. Rule 1 Whey Isolate has now become "my brand" of protein. I won't buy any other! I drink it EVERY SINGLE MORNING, and I love it!!! I highly recommend it and am thankful to have found it!!

A Staple Flavor

This is definitely one of my favorite flavors by far! I always carries a great taste with water or almond milk. Definitely really good if you blend it with ice and almond milk & Greek yogurt as well to make it nice and creamy

Rule 1 always has the best flavors!

I had luck with cafe mocha and fruity cereal previously, so I decided to give birthday cake and strawberry banana a try. I was not disappointed! The birthday cake was sweet and rich and tasted just like you’d expect. The strawberry banana tastes like any smoothie you’d get from a store! Of course I had to order more cafe mocha as well. That one gives the smooth chocolate and coffee flavors that I love! I’ve recommended Rule 1 to several people that say they’re picky about flavors.
