It's tough to do buisness these days and keep good relationships with customers but doing so ensures future success. People are what is valuable always! But they are striving to do this it's fairly evident. Other critical things we should concern ourselves with is how well profit is shared with employees, how much of their product is produced at home, do they source parts from the US, do they strengthen local community. If so they should be able to operate tax free imho if they meet all of those qualities. Good job guys you are on your way.
