Replacement Infrared Heating Element for Wall Heater - Non Refundable

Replacement Tubes

After inquiring on several attempts to see if the current replacement tubes fit my unit and not given a straight answer, I just ordered the available tubes. They did not match up. (non-refundable) I opted for the same fix others suggested and relieved the slots with a rotatory tool so they would work. Not the best fit, but it seems to be functioning appropriately.

The heating elements are working great.

The description for the item implied that these elements would not fit my heater because it was a couple years old. However, after exchanging a couple messages with customer support, they assured me they would work. So, I ordered and they are working great.
