Cilantro Garlic White Balsamic Vinegar

I love to use this in a marinade. It give the meats such a great taste.

If you have never used a while balsamic vinegar, then this is a great choice to start. Or, start with a sweet variety. You won't regret it, and your food won't turn an odd color of red/purple/brown. For this reason, I use a white basalmic vinagar 90% of the time. This one is my favorite.
