Love this bike!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new electric bike. My husband and I enjoy riding and discovering new areas to explore. I had an issue when the bike was delivered, but sixthreezero handled everything so professionally. The problem was corrected quickly and I am very impressed DC with their customer service.

Bent derailer

After I assembled your bike, the chain would not go through the derailer. Upon further inspection, I saw the derailer was bent sideways. I called customer service twice with no response. Since we planned to use the bike for a camping trip, I took the bike to a Trek store and they fixed it for a total of $52.99. I am sure this costs much less than sending the bike back to you. Now the bike works fine. Thank you.

Five stars , however

My bike is all that was advertised. No damage in shipping. Son put it together for me. First time riding an e bike and it was easy to learn. I'm a 62 yo female with a height of 6 feetand I weigh apx 180. After adjusting and riding for 3 weeks, I was thinking about returning and getting the easier step through bike. Decided to keep this one. But I did order the large comfy seat. Received it today and now I love it and will ride more. When replacing the seat I noticed that the original seat has two small places where the material is coming apart . They're right under the logo as it bends around the frame of the seat.
