They were quick to respond with a link to the page I needed. The process of ordering the gift card to be delivered via email to the recipient was straightforward. I was able to designate the date I wanted the gift to arrive in the recipient's inbox and it arrived on exactly the right date. I also received an email confirming that my gift had been sent. The recipient's comment after finding the Gift Card in hos inbox was "That's a lovely gift idea". It was all so easy and a nice alternative to the predictable retail store gift cards.
