Fantastic

I’ve owned several <$500 LDCs and even modded a few in pursuit of better quality. The V47 sounds amazing right out of the box. The best I’ve experienced so far. I’m using this primarily for my own voice, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve tried it with my Hairball Audio Lola and Copper preamps, as well as the preamps built into my RME. So far I’m loving the combo of the V47 and the Copper. The only thing I wish is that the wooden box (which was part of a promo when I purchased) had a cutout in the dense foam to hold the mic with the ball mount in place. As it is, the mount must be removed and stored underneath. Nothing to do with the sound though, which is simply glorious.

Brought back the magic i think microphone companies have been trying to find for a long time.
