The Ultimate Traditional Bow

Unsurprisingly, the best bowyers in the country build the best bow available in this country, in my opinion this is the KG Carbon Osprey. It is the smoothest bow to draw back but this smoothness belies the power in the shot once released. In fact it is so powerful that it can deliver quite a lot of hand shock so I would recommend getting the optional leather grip. Once the grip was installed the hand shock became incredibly detailed feedback. Now I'm not usually given to casual anthropomorphism but the bow really does communicate back to you when a shot goes wrong, you can almost hear the bow telling you what to correct in your form! You'll get a lot of attention from other archers too because the bow is aesthetically beautiful, because it is feather light and also people just can't get their heads around how silent it is. I am lucky enough to have a KG Forester, which is another exceptional bow, but also a more traditional trad bow, if you get my drift. There's something in the Osprey design that's hit upon something magical. A Falcon is next on my list but if it tops the Osprey then I'll eat my hat. Bundle all this up together with an impressive showroom to visit staffed by incredibly helpful and friendly staff, well, you get the picture - ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
