National Parks Bucket List Scratch Off

I bought 6 of the scratch off posters. They are inspirational and help me focus on future adventure locations! Unfortunately my National Parks poster does not allow me to scratch off. I’m not sure why and what the solution is to remedy this. My other posters are working great.
